This site describes a coaching practice and how to engage it. It is marketing material and general information.

Nothing here is professional advice. It is not medical, clinical, legal, financial or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for a coaching engagement or for advice about your own situation. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or psychological treatment. If you need clinical care, please seek it from a qualified practitioner.

Reading this site does not create a coaching relationship. That begins only under a signed agreement.

You may read, print and share pages for your own use and for the ordinary business purpose of evaluating our services. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to systems behind it, or use it to send unsolicited mail.

The text, design, photography and structure of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. SOHA™ and Oceans Coaching™ are our marks. Client names and logos belong to the organizations they identify and appear with their permission.

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the words you submit.

If you submit a testimonial, you confirm that the words are yours, that they describe your own experience honestly, and that you are free to give them. If you name your employer, you confirm you have whatever permission you need to do so.

By submitting, you give us permission to publish the testimonial on this site, credited in the way you selected, and to quote it in marketing material. We may correct obvious typographical errors. We will not change the meaning of what you wrote.

You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to support@oceanscoaching.com.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

We try to keep the site available and accurate. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at any given moment.

We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, from anything you relied on here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Oceans Coaching is established, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
