Organizational health & assessment tools
Read the system before you try to change it.
Data-driven insight through our proprietary SOHA and Oceans 360, alongside Hogan, SDI, and more than a hundred other instruments.
What this is
Change that begins from assumption tends to treat symptoms. We start every engagement by measuring what is actually happening across a leadership system, using our own instruments alongside the established ones.

Diagnostics
What we use
- Systemic Organizational Health Assessment (SOHA™), our proprietary diagnostic for the health of a leadership system
- Oceans 360° Leadership Assessment, a confidential multi-rater snapshot of how a leader is experienced
- Hogan, LCP, SDI, and more than one hundred validated instruments, selected specifically for the question being asked
Common questions
Common questions about organizational health & assessment tools
How long does an assessment take, start to finish?
SOHA™ itself takes 20 minutes per participant, with no limit on how many take part; the systemic coaching work that often follows typically runs 6 to 12 months, though the assessment can also stand on its own. Oceans 360° timing depends on how many raters are involved for a given leader.
Who inside an organization is involved?
It depends on the instrument. SOHA™ is completed by the leadership team together, since it reads the system rather than any one person. Oceans 360° draws from a broader group around the leader being assessed: their own view, their direct leader, direct reports, peers, and other key stakeholders such as clients, partners, or board members.
Are results confidential to the individual, or shared with the organization?
Every Oceans 360° rater category is anonymous except Self and Direct leader, and feedback is aggregated by category before it is reported, so no individual response is identifiable. The assessed leader and their coach see the results directly; how far findings are shared beyond that is agreed with your organization.
How do findings turn into an actual engagement afterward?
Findings are never just handed over as a report. Each assessment includes a debrief, a coaching conversation that turns the data into a small number of clear priorities, and for SOHA™ that debrief often leads directly into a systemic team coaching engagement. Either instrument can also be commissioned on its own, with next steps agreed in a discovery call.
