Executive & leadership coaching

Strengthen the system by advancing the leader.

What this is

Our Executive & Leadership Coaching develops judgment, self-awareness, and influence leaders need to create impact beyond their individual roles. The work recognizes that personal leadership and organizational performance are deeply connected, so development considers both the leader and the system in which they operate.

We support leaders across their leadership lifecycle, from assimilation into a new role through the legacy-defining years of a career. Each engagement is shaped around the leader's ambitions, responsibilities, and opportunities for greater impact.

A six-stage program for senior leaders, built around measurable behavior change rather than insight alone.

One to one

The coaching journey

Each 6- to 12-month engagement is guided by our proprietary See–Design–Move–Sustain methodology. It provides a clear path for development while remaining responsive to the leader's role, priorities, and organizational context.

Across six developmental stages, leaders expand awareness, make more intentional choices, apply new approaches to real leadership challenges, and embed practices that strengthen their influence and the systems around them. The journey is iterative, allowing leaders to return to earlier phases as new challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities emerge.

  1. See

    Clarify strategic identity

Leaders begin by understanding how they are currently experienced and the organizational context in which they lead. Assessments, stakeholder perspectives, and coaching conversations surface strengths, patterns, expectations, and potential derailers, creating a clear foundation for development.

    Focus

    • Self-insight assessments
    • Stakeholder feedback
    • Values & priorities clarification

    Return

    • Creates clarity about where development can generate the greatest value.
    • Strengthens alignment between leadership intent, organizational expectations, and enterprise priorities.
  2. Design

    Challenge limiting patterns

Leaders examine the assumptions, habits, and internal narratives influencing how they interpret situations and make decisions. Coaching helps them identify patterns that may constrain effectiveness and design more adaptive ways of thinking and responding.

    Focus

    • Mindset & pattern assessment
    • Assumption examination
    • Adaptive reframing

    Return

    • Expands the leader's range of choices in complex situations.
    • Reduces the likelihood that unexamined patterns will limit judgment, relationships, or execution.
  3. Design intentional influence

Leaders consider how their presence, communication, relationships, and decisions shape the people and systems around them. They design an intentional approach to influence that supports trust, alignment, and shared ownership across stakeholder groups.

    Focus

    • Presence & communication coaching
    • Stakeholder mapping
    • Influence design

    Return

    • Strengthens trust, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Helps leaders translate strategic intent into shared meaning and coordinated action.
  4. Move

    Lead through complexity

Leaders apply new approaches to consequential decisions, challenging conversations, competing priorities, and evolving conditions. Coaching provides space to prepare, act, learn from the system's response, and adjust with intention.

    Focus

    • Applied decision coaching
    • Real-time practice
    • Iterative adjustment

    Return

    • Improves the quality and consistency of leadership decisions.
    • Builds the capacity to maintain clarity, connection, and momentum as conditions evolve.
  5. Mobilize system alignment

Leaders move beyond individual behavior to strengthen alignment across relationships, teams, functions, and priorities. They engage stakeholders, clarify ownership, address friction, and create conditions for coordinated execution.

    Focus

    • Stakeholder engagement
    • Ownership clarification
    • Cross-functional coordination

    Return

    • Improves collaboration and execution across organizational boundaries.
    • Connects leadership behavior, stakeholder relationships, and operating conditions around shared outcomes.
  6. Sustain

    Embed scalable impact

Leaders reinforce what is working by integrating new practices into everyday leadership, relationships, team routines, and organizational systems. Feedback loops, accountability, and continued reflection help the growth remain relevant as circumstances change.

    Focus

    • Feedback loops
    • Accountability structures
    • Mentoring & succession planning

    Return

    • Builds leadership capacity that continues beyond the formal coaching engagement.
    • Creates broader organizational value as effective practices are reinforced through teams, relationships, and systems.

What it builds

Insight opens the door. Executive coaching sharpens the discernment to recognize what matters before it becomes obvious, the influence to shift how people think and act, and the capacity to set meaningful progress in motion through others. These capabilities continue shaping the organization and compounding long after the coaching engagement concludes.

Common questions

Common questions about executive & leadership coaching

Who is executive coaching for?

Senior leaders navigating a step up in scope, complexity, or visibility: newly appointed executives, leaders preparing for broader responsibility, and established leaders whose impact now depends on the systems around them, not just their own performance.

How long does an engagement run?

Most engagements run 6 to 12 months, guided by our See-Design-Move-Sustain methodology across six developmental stages. The pace follows the leader's role and priorities rather than a fixed calendar.

What changes by the end?

Leaders report sharper judgment, stronger stakeholder relationships, and more intentional influence. Those capabilities keep compounding after the engagement ends, because the work targets how the leader operates within their system, not a single skill.
