M&A Finance Integration lead ensuring business continuity for a $350M global manufacturing site in the Caribbean post-acquisition by leading a cross-functional team to rapidly execute the first financial SEC consolidation and close
CFO transforming an overseas subsidiary slated for closure to the #1 position in its market segment thereby securing company value and employee livelihoods.
She has a natural ability to work with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as much of her career was spent living and working outside the US, including as an expat in New Zealand, Australia, France, and the Caribbean.
